Frequently Asked Questions
How often does Autoship renew?
Your Autoship ships on the schedule you chose at checkout, until you cancel:
- 1 bottle every 30 days, $49
- 1 bottle every 45 days, $49
- 3 bottles every 90 days, $99
- 5 bottles every 150 days, $147
Your first Autoship order ships free. After that, each order ships for $4.95, plus any tax. Every renewal ships the same number of bottles as your first order. Your exact price, shipping, tax and next order date are shown at checkout and in Manage Your Autoship.
Can I cancel, skip, or pause?
Yes. Go to Manage Your Autoship to cancel, skip, pause, change the next shipment date, change how often it ships, or update payment and address information. Complete changes before the next order processes. To change the number of bottles, email support@rmvd.com. Your Autoship then renews at the price for the schedule and number of bottles you switch to.
What happens if I change how often it ships?
Each schedule has its own price per bottle: $49 on the 30- and 45-day schedules, $33 on the 90-day schedule and $29.40 on the 150-day schedule. In Manage Your Autoship you can switch to every 30 or 45 days. The number of bottles stays the same and the price changes to that schedule’s price. For example, 3 bottles every 90 days is $99. Switch that to every 30 days and it becomes 3 bottles at $49 each, $147 every 30 days, plus shipping and tax. To go back to 90 or 150 days, or to change how many bottles you get, email support@rmvd.com. Your Autoship then renews at the price for the schedule and number of bottles you switch to.
Do the free gifts come with every order?
No. The tea strainer and the e-book come with your first order only. Renewals are the bottles on your schedule.
Does canceling refund an order that already processed?
No. Cancellation stops future renewals. If a renewal has already been charged and entered fulfillment, it is generally not automatically canceled or refundable. Contact support promptly if you believe there is an error.
What is the 60-Day Guarantee?
You may request a return within 60 days after delivery of your first qualifying RMVD order. If that order had more than one bottle (for example, a 3- or 5-bottle Autoship), you can return one opened bottle; the rest must be unopened. You do not need to send back free gifts. Autoship renewals, repeat purchases, and later orders are not covered. See the full Refund Policy.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Email support@rmvd.com within 14 days after delivery with your order number and photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when confirmed.
Where is my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipment email. If tracking shows delivery but the package is missing, check common delivery areas and contact the carrier. If it remains missing after 3 business days, contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan.
How should I take RMVD?
Follow the directions on the current product label. Take three capsules once daily with your largest meal. Do not exceed the recommended serving. One tube is 90 capsules, a 30 day supply.
Who should not use RMVD?
RMVD is intended for adults. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, or are planning surgery.
ALLERGEN NOTICE: Microplastic Protocol Support contains chitosan made from shrimp shell and should not be used by people with shellfish allergies. Contains: Crustacean Shellfish (Shrimp).
Does RMVD remove microplastics?
RMVD does not guarantee removal of microplastics or any specific clinical outcome. Ingredient research may discuss binding, elimination, or related biological processes, but study results may not apply to the finished product or to every person.
