Manage Your Autoship
Use Manage Your Autoship to see your next order date and change future shipments.
Enter the email address you used at checkout. We will email you a sign-in link, so no password is needed.
What you can do
- Cancel future renewals
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Change the next order date or pause
- Change how often it ships: every 30 or 45 days. The price per bottle changes to that schedule’s price, and the number of bottles stays the same.
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
- Review your upcoming orders
- To change the number of bottles, or to move to a 90- or 150-day schedule, email support@rmvd.com. Your Autoship then renews at the price for the schedule and number of bottles you switch to.
Timing matters
Complete changes before your next renewal order is processed. Once a renewal has been charged and entered fulfillment, a cancellation will stop future renewals but may not stop or refund the processed order.
Autoship basics
- Autoship ships on the schedule you chose at checkout: 1 bottle every 30 or 45 days ($49), 3 bottles every 90 days ($99) or 5 bottles every 150 days ($147).
- Your first order ships free. Each renewal ships for $4.95, plus any tax.
- Each renewal has the same number of bottles as your first order. Free gifts come with the first order only.
- Autoship continues until you cancel.
- There is no minimum commitment unless a different term was clearly disclosed when you enrolled.
- The recurring price, shipping, and tax appear in Manage Your Autoship and in your transaction emails.
Need help getting in?
Email support@rmvd.com from the email address used for your order and include your order number. We will cancel, skip, or pause on your behalf if you cannot sign in.
