SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Notice

The RMVD mobile messaging program (the “Program”) is operated by RMVD LLC. By affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from RMVD at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

1. Program messages

Messages may include product information, offers, cart reminders, education, customer surveys, and other marketing. Transactional messages regarding orders, subscriptions, delivery, account security, or support may be sent separately based on your transaction or request.

2. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for pricing and plan details.

3. Opt out

Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to an RMVD marketing text to request cancellation. You may also use another reasonable method that clearly communicates your desire to stop. After opting out, you may receive one nonmarketing confirmation message. We will honor valid opt-out requests promptly and no later than required by law.

4. Help

Reply HELP for help or email support@rmvd.com. If a program does not support replies, each message will provide a reasonable alternative opt-out method.

5. Eligibility and number changes

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number. If you change, transfer, or deactivate the number, you agree to opt out before relinquishing it. You are responsible for inaccurate or outdated number information.

6. Carriers and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network and carrier availability.

7. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Program, update these SMS Terms, or change the sending number. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.

SMS privacy notice

When you join or interact with the Program, we may collect your mobile number, consent records, message content, response data, timestamps, device and carrier information, campaign source, and related purchase or browsing information. We use this information to operate the Program, send messages, honor opt-outs, provide support, personalize communications, measure performance, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

We may disclose mobile information to messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, Shopify and ecommerce vendors, customer support providers, analytics providers, and other processors that help operate the Program. We do not sell mobile opt-in data or share text message consent with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.
