This Privacy Policy explains how RMVD LLC (“RMVD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit https://rmvd.com, purchase products, create an account, manage a subscription, communicate with us, participate in promotions, submit content, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”).

• From service providers, including Shopify, Omnisend (email and SMS marketing), payment processors, subscription platforms, fulfillment and shipping providers, customer-support platforms, email and SMS vendors, fraud-prevention providers, analytics providers, review platforms, and advertising partners;

• From social networks, referral partners, affiliates, public sources, and other parties when permitted by law.

• Provide the Services, process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, administer subscriptions, and handle returns, replacements, and refunds;

• Create and manage accounts and authenticate users;

• Communicate about orders, subscriptions, payments, delivery, safety, recalls, support, and policy changes;

• Personalize products, content, offers, and customer experiences;

• Send marketing email or text messages when you have consented or when otherwise permitted by law;

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, APIs, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, prevent fraud, and measure or personalize advertising. Depending on your location and our practices, disclosure of identifiers and browsing activity to advertising partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under state privacy law, even when no money changes hands.

You may use the “Cookie Settings” and “Your Privacy Choices” links made available in the website footer to manage available choices. Where legally required, we honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal.

• Service providers and processors that perform hosting, ecommerce, payment, subscription management, fulfillment, shipping, communications, support, security, analytics, reviews, and other business services. These include Shopify, which hosts the Services, and Omnisend, which sends our marketing email and SMS and processes the contact details, engagement history and purchase information needed to do so;

• Advertising and analytics partners, subject to your available choices and applicable law;

• Professional advisors, insurers, auditors, financial institutions, and legal or regulatory authorities;

• Affiliates, successors, purchasers, and counterparties in a corporate transaction;

• Other parties at your direction, with your consent, or as necessary to complete a transaction you request.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose mobile information to vendors that help us operate the messaging program, subject to contractual restrictions.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Their collection and use of payment information are governed by their privacy notices. RMVD does not control those providers’ independent practices.

7. Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the link in an email. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP or using another reasonable opt-out method. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional communications needed to provide orders, subscriptions, account notices, or customer support.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and context. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity.

Depending on your residence and whether applicable law covers RMVD, you may have rights to request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, or a list of certain third parties; to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive information; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a denied request.

Submit a privacy request by emailing support@rmvd.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may verify your identity and residency before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests when legally permitted and may be required to provide proof of authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

If we deny an appealable request, you may appeal by emailing support@rmvd.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will provide information about additional complaint rights when required.

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described in Section 1 and used or disclosed them for the purposes in Sections 3 and 5. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under age 16. California residents may exercise applicable rights using the methods in Section 10.

Promotional discounts, loyalty benefits, subscription savings, or incentives may be offered in exchange for participation, account creation, or marketing signup. When a program constitutes a financial incentive under California law, additional terms presented with the offer describe the benefit, material terms, how to opt in or withdraw, and our good-faith estimate of the value of the information based on expenses and revenue reasonably related to the program.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and products may be purchased only by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Contact support@rmvd.com if you believe a child has provided personal information.

13. International Users

RMVD is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where applicable, individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive data portability, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with law.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party features. This Privacy Policy does not apply to a third party’s independent practices. Review the third party’s privacy notice before providing information.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version and changing the “Last Updated” date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
