Take three capsules once daily with your largest meal.
Taking them with food is the point, not a convenience: chitosan works on what is moving through your gut at the time, so pair it with the meal that carries the most. Being consistent matters more than the clock. Same meal, every day.
One tube is 90 capsules, a 30 day supply.
Before you start. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Consult a healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a known medical condition. Do not use with warfarin (Coumadin) or other anticoagulants without first consulting a physician; chitosan may affect vitamin K absorption. Store at room temperature, away from excess heat and direct sunlight.
Take rmvd for 60 days. If it is not for you, get in touch and we will refund your order. No reason needed.
The 60 days run from the day your order arrives.
On autoship you can pause, skip or cancel any time from your account. No fee, no phone call.
What Is It
A daily microplastic protocol, designed to work with your body.
The featured ingredient is chitosan, a fiber that forms a gel in the gut and can bind to particles like microplastics so they pass naturally. In published human research, people taking chitosan had about 45% more microplastic in their stool.*
The rest of the formula supports the gut doing that work: magnesium oxide and ginger for regular transit, and sodium butyrate, zinc bisglycinate and 2 billion CFU of LactoSpore for your gut lining and microbiome.

Benefits
One capsule dose, three jobs.
Bind. Chitosan forms a gel in the gut that can bind particles like microplastics, so they pass naturally instead of hanging around.
Transit. Magnesium oxide and ginger root keep things moving, which is the half of the job most binders ignore.
Support. Sodium butyrate, zinc bisglycinate and 2 billion CFU of LactoSpore look after your gut lining and microbiome while the rest of the formula works.*

The Science
You take in somewhere between 39,000 and 52,000 microplastic particles a year from food alone. Drink only bottled water and that climbs by roughly 90,000.
In a 2025 study in Foods, healthy adults took 800 mg of PCC chitosan with a meal. Researchers measured about 45% more microplastic in their stool afterward, across nine plastic types. rmvd carries 1 g of the same chitosan.
The work happens in the gut, on what you have just eaten. That is the whole idea: what goes in should be able to come back out.*

How it works
rmvd was designed to provide a comprehensive protocol against microplastics. Our expertly formulated ingredients help:
-
Bind
Chitosan has been shown in human studies to increase microplastic excretion by binding to particles in the gut.
-
Move
Magnesium and Ginger help support regularity and healthy transit, so what the chitosan binds keeps moving through.
-
Support
Sodium butyrate, zinc, and probiotics support the gut lining and microbiome that stand between exposure and absorption.*
Microplastics are everywhere
They are in the water you drink, the food you eat & the air you breathe.
Avoiding them completely is virtually impossible, so we built rmvd to help support your body's ability to pass them naturally - while supporting your gut lining and microbiome along the way.*
Customer Reviews
-
“Finally, a supplement that feels straightforward.”
I've been using rmvd daily and really like how simple it is to work into my routine.
VERIFIED CUSTOMER -
“You can't avoid all of it.”
I've cut out the plastic I can at home, but you can't get all of it out of food. Glad there's something that works on the part that gets through.
VERIFIED CUSTOMER -
“Easy to stick with.”
Three capsules with my biggest meal and I'm done. Simple enough that I've actually kept it up, which isn't true of most things I've tried.
VERIFIED CUSTOMER -

“It feels good to actually do something about it.”
You read about microplastics being in everything and it's easy to feel stuck. Taking this with dinner is one small thing that's in my control.
VERIFIED CUSTOMER -
“It feels like fighting back.”
Microplastics were one of those things I worried about and did nothing about. This feels like finally taking a swing at it.
VERIFIED CUSTOMER -
“Two things I care about, one step.”
I was already taking a probiotic, so getting the gut support and something aimed at dietary microplastics in the same routine was an easy call.

Frequently Asked Questions
Three capsules once a day, with your largest meal.
The timing matters. Chitosan works on what is in your gut at the time, so taking it alongside the meal most likely to carry microplastics is where it does the most good.
One tube is 90 capsules, a 30 day supply.
Six active ingredients: 1 g chitosan, 150 mg magnesium (as magnesium oxide), 250 mg ginger root extract, 215 mg micro-encapsulated sodium butyrate, 15 mg zinc (as zinc bisglycinate), and 2 billion CFU of LactoSpore (Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856).
Contains crustacean shellfish (shrimp). The chitosan is shrimp-derived, so skip it if you have a shellfish allergy. It is gluten free and lab tested.
Possibly, in the first week. Chitosan is a bulking fiber and magnesium oxide draws water into the intestine, so softer or more regular stools are the expected response rather than a surprise.
It usually settles. If it doesn't, take it with a smaller meal, or drop to two capsules for a few days and work back up.
Most people don't notice anything beyond the change above. The two ingredients that can cause mild digestive complaints are magnesium and chitosan, and both sit at everyday doses here.
Chitosan is a fiber, so drink water with it. Stop taking it and speak to a healthcare provider if anything persists.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
Chitosan is a binding fiber, which means it can reduce how much of something else you absorb when the two are taken together. Leaving a couple of hours between rmvd and any medication is the simple precaution.
One warning is printed on the pack: do not take rmvd with warfarin (Coumadin) or other anticoagulants without talking to a physician first, because chitosan may affect vitamin K absorption.
A probiotic is one of the six things in here. That one is LactoSpore, at 2 billion CFU.
What a probiotic on its own doesn't do is bind ingested particles as they pass through, or feed the cells that line your colon. rmvd adds chitosan for the first and sodium butyrate plus zinc for the second.*
